What is the requirement for lease approval? |

We require a FICO score of 600 or greater, verification of income that is two times the monthly rent or a statement that rent is paid for via a stipend from a credible source and rental history wherein the applicant has paid rent or mortgage payments according to the prescribed contract for two years or more.
