Is the Lobby and Parking Garage locked?
The Lobby and Parking Garage are only accessed via a key fob (lobby) or a clicker (Parking Garage). The elevator will wisk you to the third and fourth floors only if you have the appropriate key fob in your possession. There are keys offered also.
